Terms
The deal, in writing.
Plain English. No clever lawyer traps. If something here isn’t clear, email us and we’ll explain it.

1. The deal
When you sign up for DefendWise, you agree to these Terms and our Fair Use Policy. Together they cover the whole relationship.
DefendWise is operated by DefendWise, ABN 34 626 165 580, an Australian business based in Melbourne.
2. What we provide
AI-native security awareness training, white-label portals, automated content delivery, and reporting — for MSPs serving their own clients. Features evolve. We’ll keep building, shipping, and occasionally retiring things. If a feature you rely on goes away and that’s a deal-breaker, your remedy is to cancel.
3. Money
- The price is whatever it says on our pricing page when you sign up, billed monthly via Stripe.
- We can change pricing with 30 days notice. If you don’t like the new price, cancel — no penalty.
- Refunds are at our discretion. We’re reasonable humans. If something’s wrong, talk to us.
- Your subscription auto-renews each month until you cancel.
4. Cancellation
Cancel any time, for any reason, in one click from your account. No phone calls, no retention scripts, no “are you sure” loops. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
5. When we may suspend or terminate
We may suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. We’ll usually talk to you first — see our Fair Use Policy for the spirit of how we approach this.
For obvious abuse — illegal content, security attacks, harassment — we’ll cut access immediately and refund any unused portion of your billing period.
6. Your responsibilities
- You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account — including everything your subclient organisations do.
- Keep your account credentials secure. If something looks suspicious, tell us.
- Use the platform within our Fair Use Policy.
7. The platform is provided as-is
We do our best, but we don’t make specific promises about uptime, accuracy of AI-generated content, response times, or fitness for any particular purpose.
The platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available”, with no warranty of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for anything related to DefendWise — for any reason — is capped at the greater of AUD $100 or the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we’ll email customers and update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the platform after a change, you accept the new Terms. If you don’t agree, cancel.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute is settled in the courts of Victoria.
